**Job Description:**
HelloMaster, a leading Marketing as a Service platform, is on the lookout for a highly reliable and skilled Podcast Producer to elevate our popular podcast series. Founded by Louise, our CMO and host, HelloMaster has successfully released 50 episodes, featuring in-depth interviews with CMOs and business leaders about their marketing strategies and team dynamics. As we aim to expand our reach and enhance our content, we require a talented individual who can not only edit audio and video with precision but also manage uploads, and ideally, create engaging summary blog posts, social media content, and accompanying images.
**Responsibilities:**
- Edit audio and video recordings of podcast episodes, ensuring high-quality production that aligns with HelloMaster’s brand and audience expectations.
- Upload finalized episodes to various podcast platforms, managing all aspects of the process to ensure a seamless listener experience.
- Create compelling summary blog posts for each episode, capturing key insights and takeaways to engage our website visitors.
- Produce creative social media content, including edits and images, to promote episodes across different platforms, driving visibility and audience growth.
- Work closely with Louise and the team to brainstorm and implement new ideas for podcast content and promotional strategies.
- Manage and adhere to production schedules, ensuring timely release of episodes and associated content.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in podcast production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your audio and video editing skills.
- Excellent written communication skills for creating engaging blog posts and social media content.
- Proficiency in using editing software and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design, capable of producing visually appealing images and graphics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality content on schedule.
